Oral Hygiene Treatments

Oral Hygiene – Clean Teeth, Healthy Gums, Fresh Breath

Proper oral hygiene is the foundation of healthy teeth and gums. Regular professional cleaning not only helps prevent decay and gum disease but also enhances the longevity of existing restorations such as fillings, crowns, and implants. At our clinic, we perform thorough and gentle hygiene treatments using the latest techniques.

Bleeding gums and bad breath? Don’t ignore them!

At least 90% of people need tartar removal at least once a year. This simple procedure can help you keep your natural teeth even into old age. The treatment is typically performed by a dental hygienist, who gently and thoroughly cleans all your teeth.

Bleeding gums and unpleasant breath can be early signs of gum disease—issues that can be effectively treated with regular professional cleanings.

Your dental hygienist

Gabriella Kékesi

I’ve always been drawn to health and healing, and I found my place in dentistry. I’ve been working in the field since 2013 and became a certified clinical dental hygienist in 2017. My goal is to provide not only a high-quality treatment but also a calm and reassuring environment where patients feel at ease. I believe that maintaining a healthy oral environment is a key step toward both physical and mental well-being.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is tartar removal painful?

No, most patients don’t feel discomfort. If you have sensitive gums or teeth, we can use a numbing gel to make the treatment more comfortable.

What should I do after the treatment?

Avoid eating or drinking (especially staining substances like coffee or red wine) for about 1 hour. We’ll provide personalized aftercare instructions.

How often should I get a professional cleaning?

We recommend it every 6 months. If you have gum disease or certain dental restorations, more frequent cleanings may be advised.
